Chemical Only

• Equipment inspection

• Adjust chemicals, PH, Chlorine alkalinity Up to 3 lbs of chlorine included free of charge per week

• Clean skimmer and pump baskets

• Backwash, and service filter upon schedule

• All Pools must have cleaning systems

Full Service

• Equipment inspection

• Adjust chemicals, PH, Chlorine alkalinity Up to 3 lbs of chlorine included free of charge per week

• Brush and skim (every visit)

• Clean skimmer and pump baskets

• Back wash, and service filter upon schedule

• Maintain cleaning system

• Vacuum if necessary

• Adjust, and service Salt chlorinating system as needed (if installed)

• All pools must have cleaning systems

Deluxe/Commercial Services

• Equipment inspection

• Adjust chemicals, PH, Chlorine alkalinity (chemicals not included)

• Brush and skim (every visit)

• 2X or 3X per week service visit

• Clean skimmer and pump baskets

• Back wash, and service filter as needed

• Maintain cleaning system

• Adjust, and service Salt chlorinating system as needed (if installed)

• Vacuum pool/spa as needed

• Break down filter and clean (Once a year)- Residential Only

• Lube valve o-rings 3 times per year, upon schedule

• Emergency Service

All services include equipment inspection.
